The two Directors have instilled a culture based around the principles they hold close to their hearts and have therefore created a company that ensures compassionate, holistic care for students and tutors alike.
Colin Levy
Co-Founder | Executive Director
After graduating from Bristol University and an early career in PR, marketing and sales, Colin Levy qualified as a teacher in 2010 and taught in a London secondary school for two years before becoming a full-time tutor specialising in entrance exam preparation. In 2012, Colin joined Dulwich Tutors, an established London tutoring agency as Head of Tuition and for 6 years propelled the company to become one of the top agencies in London.
Colin has now put his considerable experience into starting Chepstow Tutors where he wants to bring exceptional tutoring opportunities not only to London and the UK but to an international market.
Colin draws on his passion for connecting students with well-suited tutors to pilot Chepstow Tutors. He firmly believes that each student matters and can find a talent for using their talent, and find the sense of wonder in learning if sparked by the right connection. Colin lives in South East London and in his spare time enjoys keeping fit, going to gigs and spending time with his two young children.
Ziad Khoury
Co-Founder | Non-Executive Director
A graduate of King’s College London, Ziad Khoury has spent over 20 years in Banking and has a network which spreads across five continents. Ziad lives in Bahrain and is passionate about windsurfing, extreme hikes, martial arts and keeping fit.
Ziad brings his considerable experience in international business and information technology to Chepstow Tutors. He fundamentally believes in the importance of nurturing and developing talent in order to build a successful team of tutors who feel invested and central to the success of the company.
The Directors met on their first day in the same boarding house at Sherborne School and have been close friends for 35 years.
